Book Group
7.30pm - 8.30pm, monthly meetings, bring along a chair!

Everyone is welcome to join in - even if you have not been to a meeting before. You can come and buy the book in the shop or elsewhere and read it if you have the time or just come along to have a listen to us chat! There is no obligation to say anything - and no barrier to speaking your mind either so feel free to join in.

There are usually take-away cards near the till that show the next meeting dates and the titles of the books to be discussed. Posters with lists of the books choosen are displayed in the shop itself as well as on the website on this page.

We are a very informal group, our discussions usually last about an hour and we meet in the shop itself at 7.30pm once a month or so.. Sometimes we have drinks and snacks too, we are a very flexable group, our reading list reflects the interests of those who attend regulary but we are always happy to amend or alter the list should something interesting come along.

We welcome new members to so we look forward to seeing you at the next meeting.

Remember to bring a chair!
